Please read the information below on our delivery and returns policy.

Delivery

All in-stock items will be dispatched normally within 24 hours or the next working day.

Delivery within Ireland & U.K takes 1 – 3 working days and outside these areas, we would allow 3 – 5 working days for your order to be received elsewhere in Europe. For the USA, Canada and Australia please allow 5 – 7 days, although it can be quicker from time to time.

If the item you received is damaged, please contact us at info@deadfreshsunglasses.com immediately after you notice damage to the product or package.

Returns

Returns and exchanges postmarked within 30 days of delivery are eligible for a refund or exchange to the original amount of purchase.

Sunglasses must be returned in new condition and in the original packaging; sunglasses returned after being worn or used within the 30-day return window will not be accepted back for a refund. We allow for the sunglasses to be tried on at home to determine if the fit is right, and if they aren’t the perfect fit, then they can be returned or exchanged within the 30-day return.

Returns for manufacturing defects

We’re not saying our products aren’t excellent, we just have to cover our asses as human error can occur from time to time!

The User can return any product with a manufacturing defect to Dead Fresh. Considering the type of products bought, the User shall enjoy a term of one month from the time at which s/he became aware of his/her lack of conformity with the product to inform Dead Fresh of his/her lack of conformity with the product. Where the term was exceeded, the User shall be responsible for any damages.

The User shall incur no additional cost for the return of products with manufacturing defects.

To proceed to the return, the User must contact Dead Fresh within the term of one month granted, and use the following email info@deadfreshsunglasses.com stating which product(s) is/are to be returned, attaching a photograph and a detailed list of the defects found in such product(s).

Once Dead Fresh receives the notice from the User, it shall inform them if the return of the product can go ahead in a term of 3 to 5 working days.

After receiving the product and verifying the defects, Dead Fresh will offer the User the opportunity to replace the product for another one with the same characteristics, unless this option was objectively impossible or disproportionate for Dead Fresh.

Where another identical product could not be sent given a lack of stock, the User may choose between terminating the contract (i.e. the return of the amounts paid) or asking for the shipping of another model of the User’s choice.

The delivery of the identical product or the new model chosen by the User, as applicable, shall be completed in the 3 to 5 working days following the date on which Dead Fresh confirmed the replacement of the defective product or the shipping of a new model to the User.

The replacement, the sending of a new model or the termination of the contract shall not give rise to additional expenses for the User.

If the User terminates the contract, Dead Fresh shall return the entire amount paid by the User to purchase the defective product (including shipping expenses).

Dead Fresh informs Users that the term required for the return of the amounts paid depends on the method of payment employed by the User when the product was purchased:

– If the User made the payment using a credit/debit card, Dead Fresh shall return the amount paid within a term of 14 calendar days from the time at which the User agreed to terminate the contract.

– If the User made the payment via PayPal, Dead Fresh shall return the amount paid within a term of 24 to 48 working hours after the User agreed to terminate the contract.
