@ Dead Fresh we give our customers a 90 day warranty on all products. But folks let’s remember that they are made of WOOD and need to be treated with respect. Take care of them and make sure they don’t get abused too much on you’re travels. This can be done by using the micro fiber cloths and hard cases provided to insure proper cleaning and protective storage.
Return & Refund
All Dead Fresh products come with a 30-day return and exchange policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return the product to us no problem. Returned or exchanged products must be unused and in their original packaging. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at Info@DeadFreshsunglasses.com

Items Covered by Warranty
Popped lens without signs of impact or force.
NOTE: Intentional lens removal for the purpose of RX lenses or different colour lenses is not covered by warranty.
Broken hinges that are caused with no signs of impact or force.
Hyperextended arms that cause bent or twisted hardware in hinge is not covered by warranty
Broken In Transition
Damage upon delivery of item.
Claim must be filed within 48 hours of receipt
Not Covered by Warranty:
Damage caused by impact or force including cracks, scratches, broken pieces, pulled hinges and general misuse. This includes both the frame and lenses.
Damage caused by environmental conditions including exposure to heat, cold or water. Basically don’t leave them out long enough for the weather to screw them up.
Taxes & Import Fees
For customers residing within EU, prices are inclusive of pre-VAT, so you are not required to pay any additional fees or import tax. Please note that when ordering our products outside EU, you may be obliged to pay customs duties and import duties within the framework of the laws of your country.
